Ethics and compliance

Our commitment to Ethics and Compliance

At Yellowmars our commitment to strong ethical principles, along with respect for laws and international standards, is essential to our business approach. We uphold integrity in all our actions, helping clients navigate regulatory challenges effectively.

Yellowmars’ Ethics & Compliance approach is built on eight key components, each designed to foster a strong commitment to ethical practices across the organization:

  1. Management Commitment

Group management takes a clear and proactive stance on Ethics and Compliance, regularly communicating its importance. The management team also approves and closely monitors all Ethics and Compliance actions to ensure alignment.

  1. Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics, along with supporting documents on topics like anti-corruption and fair competition, is distributed by the management of each Yellowmars entity. This cascades awareness through all levels of the company, embedding these principles in daily operations.

  1. Dedicated Resources

The Yellowmars Executive Board has appointed a dedicated team to lead and support the Ethics and Compliance strategy. This team collaborates with a network of contacts across our business lines and regions to ensure consistent application.

  1. Risk Assessment

The Ethics and Risk Board oversees our risk mapping and action plans, updating them regularly to respond to evolving risks in our operations.

  1. Training Programs

All employees undergo targeted Ethics and Compliance training, with regular campaigns and tailored sessions. This training is integrated into employee onboarding and annual performance reviews, ensuring continuous awareness.

  1. Disciplinary Procedures

Our commitment to Ethics and Compliance is reinforced by a strict disciplinary policy. Any violations are met with appropriate consequences, underscoring the seriousness of these principles.

  1. Suppliers and Partners

Evaluation procedures are in place to assess the integrity and reputation of our suppliers and partners. Our Suppliers’ Code of Conduct clearly outlines Yellowmars’ expectations, supporting ethical practices throughout the logistics chain.

  1. Ethical Alert System (Whistleblowing)

A global whistleblowing system allows employees and partners (clients, suppliers, subcontractors, etc.) to report concerns or suspected violations without fear of retaliation. Reports can be submitted via email at mail@yellowmars.com.
